Dotsure is an online insurance company, with a focus on pet insurance. The brief was to help them create a tangible presence and put them on the map as an animal-loving company with pets' best interest at heart. We didn't only give them a campaign, we gave them a business solution. The events were planned as bi-annual affairs and we're hoping they will continue once it is safe to do so again.

The idea is based on the insight that we know how hard it is to spend enough time with your favourite four-legged friend. It’s often dark by the time you get home after work, and in South Africa, parks are either closed or unsafe for walkies after hours—even if you do have a furry protector by your side.

And so we created Dotsure Night Walkies.

A night to walk your dogs, meet other dogs and their owners, and see the neighbourhood in a different light.
We thought of the dogs' and humans' experience at every touchpoint - from placing water bowls all over to glow-in-the-dark collars and wetting the entire route to protect paws from warm tar. Dogs received edible medals at the end of the walk and to make every dog feel like a winner. All proceeds were donated to the Animal Anti-cruelty league.
We estimate approximately 2000 dogs in attendance (we only counted the humans!), and a very large amount of love for DOTSURE.
